Richard Brubacher was deputy chief of staff. As a supervisor of many of the staff members, Brubacher collected materials on a wider range of topics than other staff members, but his files seem to focus on economic development, taxation, and other sources of state funding. Includes a correspondence and memos file containing letters to and from constituents, and to and from staff members concerning duties, meetings, and appointments; a departments subject file containing materials relating to department and agency budgets; and a general subject file containing a variety of reports, studies, and correspondence relating to state financing.
